Refund policy
All returns and cancellations will incur a 20% restock fee. Shipping will be deducted from your refund, and return shipping will be your responsibility.
How To Return Damaged Items & Unwanted Items:
1) Contact InvictusTCG Support by email at Greg@invictustcg.com within SEVEN (7) DAYS of product delivery.
2) Please provide the following:
- A detailed explanation of the damage
- A photo or photos of the damage
- A photo of the outer box and shipping label that can be sent to the shipping provider for an insurance claim to be filed.
3) When your return has been approved, you will receive an RMA number. Any returns made without an RMA number will NOT be accepted.
4) Ship the item(s) back inside a standard shipping box. Please write your RMA number on the outside of the box. 5) Once we receive your return, we'll process a refund within 7-10 business days.
Mystery boxes, blind bags, or any product that is sealed and opened cannot be returned or exchanged. This also includes any Limited Edition items.
BULK orders of more than 3 of any item cannot be canceled, exchanged, or returned for any reason. This is due to resellers who purchase items and attempt to return what they cannot sell.
PLEASE PROVIDE THE CORRECT SHIP TO ADDRESS
Please be sure to provide the correct shipping address with your order. If an incorrect address is provided, you will have to pay to have the item reshipped to the correct address, or you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
